“Situated in Old Leigh, The Mayflower offers well kept ales and a broad range of lagers, wines, spirits and Guinness. We have one of the best offerings of fish and chips in the neighbourhood with our delicious line-caught fish in beer batter sourced from local ales.
“There is a very pretty open rear seating area adjoining Leigh Creek, the launching slipway has wide views over the Creek and marshes to the west. The bar area also has open folding patio doors for the warmer times of the year.
“The Mayflower is a dog-friendly pub, water bowls are provided so your dog can have a drink too. Children are welcome in the pub but there are no high chairs and there is no baby changing available. Buggies and prams cannot be taken into the pub.”
